As you explore your talents in learning these skills, please pay close attention to the sizes and other details provided in our product descriptions, to assist with ensuring that you purchase the perfect supplies for your craft & jewelry making projects.Our store operates by delivery only and all prices are in TT dollars.Happy shopping Our fee for delivery is $35 to most areas in Trinidad.  Delivery is usually arranged within 1-3 days depending on the day/time your order was placed.For certain areas (see list below), we use the contracted services of a 3rd party courier service. 

Their fee is $45 for delivery to these areas:

Their fee is $55 for delivery to these areas:
*Maracas Bay *Las Cuevas *Blachisseuse *Williamsville *Rio Claro *Mayaro *Navet *Fyzabad *Santa Flora *Palo Seco *Cap De Ville
 
Once your order is confirmed, they will deliver to you within 2-3days usually.
 
They will contact you further to advise on day/est time of your delivery as they prepare their own schedules for their drivers. 
 
Payment is Cash on delivery .
For our Tobago customers, we have the TT post option ($45 fee), in which case, payment is required in advance, via bank transfer (either RBC or Scotia bank)Returns policyAll our products are described in great detail and we provide as much info as we can to assist our customers .Please be sure to pay close attention to all information listed for our photos, before purchasing .In the event that an item needs to be returned, unless the item is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase , there will be a 10% restocking fee applied for all items being returned.A cash refund will be sent with our courier who will present the refund upon receipt  of the items .The Delivery fee for your location will be applied once our courier has to return to collect said items .Thank you for your cooperation and understandingCraft E Z
